What I will miss about DMS!
What I will miss about Destin Middle School is all my friends being at the same schools as me, some of my teachers that I had, having a lot of free time, and having a lower academic score than high school. I’ll miss my teachers that I had in fifth grade, sixth grade, seventh grade, and eighth grade.
What I’m excited about for DHS!
What I’m excited about for high school is to have no uniforms, high school, to get out of middle school, having more independence, having dances, meeting new friends, and seeing the friends I had when I was in seventh grade that would be in tenth grade when I get to ninth grade, my electives, and for new experiences.
My plans for Summer!
My plan for the summer is to be in the sun most of the time even though I get burned easily, and not tan. I’ll be in the pool or go to the beach, I’m not excited for the heat though I like winter better, I’m going to hang out with my close friends and family as much as possible, i’m going to go shopping for summer and for high school, I’m excited for some of my family to come to Florida and visit us from wisconsin for 4th of july, i’m close with a lot of those family members and I always love when I see them because I don’t see them much because of the drive to and from Wisconsin is too long for my parents to want to drive there or for my family to want to come to florida a lot. Hopefully I go on some type of vacation, maybe a concert. I’m excited to not go to school for 2 months, and I’m excited to be able to sleep in and take naps and to be able to wake up in the morning and lay down in my bed for a long time without having to rush out of bed to get ready so I can get to the bus on time.
