Starting:
The starting position is in-between animator($55,000-$60,000 a year), then you go to assistant animator($60,000-$70,000 a year), then animator($70,000-$100,000 a year), and finally director($100,000-$150,000 a year).
I would start off as an in-between animator. In order to become an assistant animator I need 3-6 years of experience as an in-between animator then if I wanted to go to an animator then I would need 1-3 years of experience as an assistant manager then a director I would need 5-10 years of experience as an assistant Animator.
